What I Build

I build systems where healthcare works in the real world.

Not concepts. Not pilot programs.
Enduring platforms—designed to operate under regulatory pressure, scale across populations, and deliver outcomes where they matter most.

My work is anchored in three interconnected systems.

Healthcare Systems That Scale

Healthcare innovation fails when it ignores execution.

Through Cowry Health—a U.S.-based group comprising Cowry Medical Group, American Clinical Trials, and Cowry Kidney Care—I lead the design and operation of integrated healthcare platforms across internal medicine, nephrology, kidney dialysis, clinical research, telehealth, and public health.

These systems are built to:

  • Deliver patient-centered care without fragmentation

  • Integrate clinical practice, research, and access

  • Operate within complex CMS and institutional frameworks

  • Scale responsibly without sacrificing quality or compliance

The focus is not experimentation.
The focus is durability.

Capital That Builds, Not Chases

Capital shapes outcomes long before care reaches the patient.

As President & CEO of Village Seed Ventures and Founder & CEO of V-Square Capital, I invest in ventures where healthcare, innovation, and governance align—across the United States, Africa, and global markets.

My investment work prioritizes:

  • Founders building infrastructure, not hype
  • Models designed for scale, regulation, and longevity
  • Ventures where impact and return reinforce each other

Investment, when done well, is not acceleration.
It is architecture.

Institutions That Outlast Individuals

Systems matter because people do.

Through my role as President of the Robur Foundation, I support mission-driven initiatives focused on human development, resilience, and access—recognizing that healthcare and capital alone are insufficient without institutional responsibility.

Philanthropy, in this context, is not charity.
It is long-term stewardship.

The Throughline

Across healthcare delivery, investment, and philanthropy, my work follows one discipline:

Build what can scale.
Govern what must endure.
Invest where outcomes compound.

This is how systems improve lives—not once, but continuously.
